Conveyor Bridges

CESCO offers two types of conveyor bridges designed to meet the demands of different conveying systems.

For systems with a capacity of up to 600 t/h, we offer a modular and open framework type bridge. These bridges are designed to support the weight of the structure and conveyor, as well as the product weight, live loads of maintenance operators, and snow and wind loads according to EN ISO 14222. They come standard in various widths from 1.200 up to 3.000 mm and are made of S-250GD Z600 galvanized steel sheet. They are equipped with handrails on both sides, grated floors, and are supported by posts directly anchored to the reinforced vertical stiffeners of the silo wall.

For heavy-duty conveying systems with higher capacities, CESCO offers a modular and spatial framework type bridge. These bridges are also designed to support the weight of the structure and conveyor, as well as the product weight, live loads of maintenance operators, and snow and wind loads according to EN ISO 14222. They come standard in several widths from 1.500 to 3.000 mm and lengths from 12 to 36 m and are made of S-250GD hot dip galvanized warm rolled profiles. Equipped with handrails on both sides and grated floors, they can be supported either by the reinforced vertical stiffeners of the silo wall or by an independent framework tower.

Both types of conveyor bridges include widened platforms near the drive and tail stations of the conveyor to allow for proper maintenance access. Our bridges are built to last and designed with safety in mind to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of your conveying system.
