Machinery Towers

CESCO EPC provides complete towers for process machines and vertical conveying systems with the following features:

• Main structure made of warm-rolled H sections with wind bracing and hot-dip galvanization for surface protection.
• Floors made of warm-rolled I sections and local reinforcement under the main machines (if necessary). The floors can be covered with reinforced concrete cast on corrugated galvanized steel sheet beds or globular sheet covers with light beam frames.
• Cladding made of pre-painted galvanized steel sheet or polyurethane-injected sandwich panels with pre-painted galvanized steel sheet.
• Modular bolted structure with buckled plates and handrails that includes access platforms to each floor, steel stairs, and can be fitted with windows, roller gate doors, or personnel doors.
